Our Agile Academy team looks for a colleague who is passionate about agile leadership development to:
  • understand and unveil the learning needs of leadership and employees to adopt new ways of working and leading to drive and embed business agility in and across the organization

  • design relevant highly engaging learning experiences tuned to new and experienced leaders to build and reinforce agile leadership capabilities as well as help leaders champion the Agile@UBS transformation in their own organization

  • deliver compelling training courses and workshops to agile leaders/ leadership teams

  • (co-) facilitate training courses and workshops to improve understanding of Business Agility in the whole organization

We are a relatively recent and multi-disciplinary team of agilists, learning and change experts who are eager to support our colleagues through compelling learning experiences to adopt agile ways of working and be successful in the new setup. You will be empowered, trusted, and supported in bringing in your ideas and expertise within and outside of the Agile Academy.

Your expertise

  • Experience in strategic change initiatives with strong business understanding (e.g. conceptualization of workshops and trainings for senior leaders)
  • Instructional design background incl. learning approach, curriculum and training solution (especially workshop and virtual training) design
  • Previously trained teams and leaders in agile (incl. Scrum, Kanban and/or Lean), sound understanding of agile leadership principles
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
  • Outstanding facilitation, presentation and communication skills
  • At least 2 years’ experience working in an agile (business) environment
  • Previous leadership experience is considered as a plus
  • Previous agile or executive coaching experience is considered as a plus
  • Fluent English, any other language (especially German) is considered a plus
  • Positive, open-minded, proactive personality who enjoys teamwork and multidisciplinary collaboration
